MOAPPA 2010 ANNUAL CONFERNCE

Missouri University of Science and Technology Great Experience Exchange Opportunity for Everyone You are invited to the 2010 Annual Meeting of MoAPPA, to be hosted March 29th thru the 31th by Physical Facilities of Missouri University of Science and Technology. We have an exciting lineup of educational sessions, tours and activities; all targeted to specific interests of facilities leaders. A tradeshow where potential business partners will exhibit the latest in products and services will also be held. The conference summary information is as follows: - Conference Dates : Monday, March 29 through Wednesday, March 31, 2010
- Conference Hotel: Comfort Suites Hotel, 1650 Old Wire Outer Road, Rolla, Missouri. (573) 368-4300. Block of Special Room rates at $81.99/double room (up to 2 people per room). They serve a complimentary hot breakfast. When making reservations, be sure to mention that you are attending the MoAPPA Conference to receive the special rate, which is available until March 1st.
- Conference Golf Tournament: Birch Creek Golf Club, Union, Missouri. See http://birchcreekgc.com for directions.
- All Educational Sessions and Vendor Fair will take place on the campus of Missouri S&T at the Havener Center.
- Tentative Schedule:
- Monday, March 29th: Golf Tournament (12:00 PM shotgun start) and Welcome Reception in the evening at the Comfort Suites Hotel.
- Tuesday, March 30th: two Education Sessions, Trade Show and Lunch, two Education Sessions, Dinner
- Wednesday, March 31th: Campus Tours, Business Meeting and Box Lunch
